How do I calibrate the heart rate sensor?

To calibrate the heart rate sensor, use the following steps:

1. Open Jabra Sport Life.
2. Tap Fitness tests (stopwatch icon). (Alternatively, you can tap Settings, and then tap Heart rate settings.)
3. Tap the current activity to go to the list of Fitness Tests.
4. Tap Resting Heart Rate test.
5. Read the onscreen instructions.
6. Tap Start.
7. Wait for the test to finish.
