How do I minimize potential wireless range issues related to DECT density using Jabra Direct?

To change the wireless range setting, follow these steps.

1. Dock the headset in the base. 
2. In Jabra Direct, select your device.
3. Click Device.
4. In Device settings > Base > Wireless signal range, select your preferred setting.
   The settings, Medium and Short, use lower radio frequency levels that will limit the range. This will minimize the potential for radio interference in environments with high DECT density. 
   
   



5. Click Apply.
