Why do I hear beeps when my Jabra device connects to a smartphone?

You may have selected the Tone guidance setting in Jabra Sound+. Tone guidance uses beeps for guidance instead of voice guidance.

To change the Headset guidance setting, follow these steps.

1. In the Jabra Sound+ app, go to Settings icon > Headset settings > General.
2. In Headset feedback, select your preferred setting.
