If my Jabra device was stolen, can the Find My Jabra feature help me find it?

Unfortunately, the Find My Jabra feature will not be of help in this case. As your Jabra device does not have GPS functionality, the Jabra Sound+ app uses your phone’s location data to store your Jabra device’s last known location. If the Jabra device was moved to another location while it was disconnected from your phone (regardless of whether it is now connected to another phone), then Find My Jabra, on your phone, cannot find this information. 

For privacy and security reasons, Find My Jabra location data is stored locally on your phone and is never shared externally with Jabra or any other third party.
