Why is the audio suddenly gone in my Jabra Evolve 75?

You may have moved out of Bluetooth range of your smartphone. Check that your smartphone and headset are still in range and connected.

In addition, the listen-in feature may be activated. This feature lets you hear your surroundings without having to remove your headset. In this mode, music and calls are muted (not paused); however, the microphone remains on.

To check the status of the listen-in feature, press the Listen-in button to turn it on or off.
