The ring sensor is enabled when the lifter arm is down, and the Ring sensitivity LED is off (not flashing).
If the LED is flashing, press the Ring sensor on/off button to reactivate the ring sensor.
Note that when the ring sensor is enabled, and the user speaks on the phone speaker or the phone rings, the Ring sensitivity LED will light steadily/flash (in response to the sound) and then go out.
