How do I reset my Jabra Halo/Halo2?

When you reset your Jabra Halo/Halo2, the list of devices that have been paired with it is cleared. Follow these steps to reset:

1. Turn on your Jabra headset. Carefully unfold the headset and lock the hinges into place.
2. Press and hold (10 seconds) the Answer/end button until the Battery indicator and the Bluetooth indicator are turned off.




3. Turn off your Jabra headset. Carefully extend the headset at the hinges and fold. The headset conveniently folds into a compact size.
4. Your Jabra headset is now reset. When you turn it on again, it is ready to pair.

Note: When your Jabra Halo/Halo2 has been reset, you will need to re-pair with your mobile phone. Remember to delete the previous pairing before you re-pair.
