How do I update the firmware on my Jabra device using Jabra Direct?

If a firmware update is available for your Jabra device, use the following guidelines to update your device.

1. Turn on and connect your device to your computer using the USB cable or Jabra Link Bluetooth adapter. For some Jabra Link EHS adapters, you may need a micro USB cable to connect the adapter to the computer.


2. In Jabra Direct, if a firmware update is available for your Jabra device, this is indicated on the main screen.




3. To update the firmware or manually check for new firmware, click Updates.
   
   


4. If an update is available, click Update now.
   
   


5. The Jabra Direct Firmware Updater opens in a new window.
6. Check that the correct Jabra device is selected, and then click Next.
   
   


7. Click Next.
   
   


8. Follow the on-screen instructions. Do not unplug your device while a firmware update is in progress.
