How do I minimize potential wireless range issues related to DECT density using Jabra Direct?

Prerequisites

• Device firmware - latest version
• Jabra Direct latest - version

To adjust the setting for the wireless range, follow these steps.

1. Dock the headset in the base. 
2. In Jabra Direct, select your device.
3. Click Device.
4. In Device settings > Base > Wireless range, select Very low.
   This setting uses very low radio frequency ( RF) levels that have an approximate range of 5 meters. This limited range will minimize the potential for radio interference in environments with high DECT density.
   
   
   
   
5. Click Apply.
   
   

Note
It is important that all devices located in a shared environment use the same setting. Another recommendation for high-density areas is for everyone to use narrowband bandwidth. This will increase the amount of users who can be on a call concurrently.
