How do I prioritize between active and new calls using Jabra Direct?
Prerequisites
- Device firmware - latest version
- Jabra Direct - latest version
To prioritize either active calls or new incoming calls that are initiated or answered on the phone (not the headset), follow these steps.
- In Jabra Direct, select your device.
- Click Device.
- In Device settings > Base > Call priority, select one of the following options:
- Active call priority - The active call will continue, and the new call will be placed on hold.
- New call priority - The new call will continue, and the active call will be placed on hold.
- Click Apply.
