How do I reset my Jabra Wave?

When you reset your Jabra Wave, the list of devices that have been paired with it is cleared. Follow these steps to reset:

1. Turn on your Jabra Wave.
2. Simultaneously press and hold the Volume down button and the Answer/end button for 5 seconds, until the battery icon and the Bluetooth icon flash 5 times.




3. Your Jabra Wave has now been reset, and you may turn it off. When you turn it on again, it will be ready to pair.

Note: When your Jabra Wave has been reset, you will need to re-pair it with your mobile phone. Remember to delete the previous pairing before you re-pair.
