What are automatic firmware updates?

Automatic firmware updates are a Jabra Direct feature that enables connected Jabra devices to be automatically updated to a later firmware version.

For standalone instances of Jabra Direct, automatic firmware updates are on by default. To change the setting*, follow these steps. 

1. In Jabra Direct, select your device.
2. Click Settings.
3. Select Automatic device updates to turn the setting off or on.

*If a Jabra device is managed in Jabra Xpress, this setting may not be available for individual users to change.
