How do I take the best care of my Jabra true wireless earbuds?
We recommend you care for the earbuds as follows:
- Keep the EarGels clean using a slightly dampened swab – do not use harsh cleaning agents.
- Keep the charging pins and poles (on the charging case and earbuds) clean using a dry swab.
- Always store the earbuds in the charging case and safely protected.
- Take care and avoid exposing the charging case to water and humidity.
- To prevent the depletion of the battery lifetime or capacity, avoid storing the earbuds in hot or cold environments, such as a closed car in summer, or in winter conditions.
- Keep the earbuds at temperatures between 15-25°C / 59-77°F.
- Do not store the earbuds for extended periods of time (maximum three months) without recharging them.
