Why do the Microsoft Teams LED notifications not light up or flash when I am connected to Microsoft Teams?

• Connection to a Jabra MS variant that is certified for use with Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft Teams for computers

The Microsoft Teams LED notifications may not light up or flash when you are connected to Microsoft Teams, for the following reasons.

• If you first signed into Microsoft Teams and then connected to the Jabra device, the Microsoft Teams LED notifications may not be active. To activate the notifications while you are still connected to the Jabra device, sign out of Microsoft Teams and then sign in again.
• If Microsoft Skype for Business is also running on your computer, ensure that you sign out of Microsoft Skype for Business, so that only Microsoft Teams is running.
