You need to activate the ANC feature on the headset by sliding the dedicated ANC switch to ‘ANC ON’. With ANC on, you will experience a reduction in background noise such as air conditioning.
Note: ANC is powered by the built-in rechargeable battery. The battery will power ANC for up to 24 hours when the headset is not connected to the controller.
