How do I reduce video flicker using Jabra Direct?
Video flicker can occur if the Jabra PanaCast 20 is not set to the correct geographical region.
To set this up in Jabra Direct, follow these steps.
- Go to Jabra Direct > Jabra PanaCast 20 > Settings > Camera > Video flicker.
- Select Auto (50Hz/60Hz) for regions that support NTSC format. This is the default setting.
- Select 50Hz for regions that support PAL format.
Note
We recommend you do not change settings during an active video conference call.
