JABRA Q2 2021 PanaCast + Free Speak 710 Promotion

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Promotion: The Jabra PanaCast + Free Speak 710 Promotion with free Speak 710 shipping, under the common name “MEETING ROOM TO GO” (the “Promotion”) is available only to end-users who have purchased the qualifying products outlined in the Promotion and listed below, through an authorised Jabra reseller located within the countries listed below. The Promotion is only available in connection with purchases made by end-user located within the following countries:

    Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

  2. Promotion Period: The Promotion is valid from April 1st to June 30th 2021 and is always conditioned to Jabra Speak 710 (the “free Speak 710”) stock and availability. Jabra reserved 1.000 free Speak 710’s for this promotion. Once the free Speak 710 is out of stock the Promotion will automatically end (no matter if the Promotion period has lapsed) and the Claim form will no longer be available to the end-user.
  3. Changes: Jabra reserves the right to make reasonable changes in accordance with applicable law during the Promotion Period, including cancelling the Promotion in case stock unavailability, cf. above. Any changes will be communicated on www.jabra.com/meetingroomtogo.
  4. Order Cancellations and Product Returns: Return of the qualifying product(s) to the authorised reseller following the Claim will cause Jabra to void the request, disqualify the end-user and stop fulfilment of the free Speak 710 to the end-user. If the end-user decides to return the qualifying product any free Speak 710 must also be returned. Any shipping costs associated with the return of the free Speak 710 must be paid by the end-user. Due to separate order and promotion stock handling, Jabra is unable to make any changes to the qualifying products orders (which have been purchased through an authorized reseller). In the case of cancellations purchase or return of the qualifying products to the authorised reseller, all free Speak 710 must be returned to Jabra also. Any shipping costs associated with the return of the free Speak 710 must be paid by the end-user. Your statutory rights to return of the qualifying product and warranty remains unaffected.
  5. Shipping: You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is ready for shipment. Free standard shipping method will be available and the countries listed above and dispatched through the Jabra e-commerce solution. The free Speak 710 will be dispatched directly from Jabra with package information and tracking information communicated separately. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update, once you have received your shipping confirmation email.Due to COVID-19 and changes and restrictions in the postal activities, Jabra cannot provide exact delivery dates. The timeframe for standard delivery is 5-7 days.
  6. Exclusions: The Promotion will not be available to any end-users who have purchased qualifying products from unauthorised Jabra resellers and/or authorized resellers outside of the countries listed above. Authorized Jabra resellers within the geographical scope of the Promotion may be located here: https://www.jabra.com/wheretobuy/authorized and the countries included in the Promotion are listed above in clause 1. The Promotion is not available to (i) Jabra resellers (ii) Jabra distribution partners or (iii) anyone otherwise connected to the Promotion, even when purchasing for their own internal usage and including the respective employees of (i)-(iii). Resellers or distributors are not allowed or eligible to make Claims on behalf of end-users and any resellers or distributor’s purchasing Jabra products for internal usage should speak to their Jabra Account Manager, before making the purchase based on the Promotion.
  7. Promotion Limit: The end-user may only claim one (1) free Speak 710 per qualifying product purchased, and a total maximum of five (5) units of the free Speak 710 may be Claimed per end-user during the entire Promotion period unless agreed on separately in writing by Jabra Management EMEA prior to the Claim being submitted. Please contact claims@jabra-promotions.com for more information.
  8. Cannot be combined with other offers: The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with or be combined with any other Jabra offer, campaign, promotional activity, special price agreement or similar provided to the end-user via an authorised Jabra reseller.
  9. How to: To make the claim for the Promotion (a “Claim”) the end-user must visit: www.jabra.com/meetingroomtogo and provide all requested information, details and documentation in the online Claim form. Proof of purchase, in the form of an invoice for the qualifying product(s) from an authorized Jabra reseller must be dated from 1st of April 2021 onwards and received no later than at the last date of the Promotion period to qualify for the Promotion and for the Claim to be validated. Jabra emphasizes that the Promotion is always subject to free Speak 710 stock availability, cf. clause 2. The Claim form on www.jabra.com/meetingroomtogo must be completed in full and accurate information and documentation (including product serial numbers) must be provided, for the Claim approval to be properly processed by Jabra. By submitting the Claim form on www.jabra.com/meetingroomtogo and ordering your free Speak 710 you agree and accept all of the terms and conditions.
  10. Disqualification: Any Claims with missing, incorrect, unreadable, damaged or invalid information, details or documentation will be declined and all duplicate Claims will be automatically rejected. Jabra reserves the right in its own assessment to disqualify any Claim, which Jabra considers not to comply with these terms and conditions of the Promotion. Jabra is not in any way obligated to provide the free Speak 710 in case of any incorrect or invalid Claims. Further, Jabra reserves the right to protect itself against fraudulent and invalid Claims, including but not limited to, requesting additional information and confirmation about the identity or other relevant information about of the end-user or authorised reseller. Jabra may declare the Promotion void where it is taxed, regulated, prohibited or restricted by applicable law. The decisions of Jabra in respect of any and all aspects of the Promotion will be final and binding.
  11. Claims response: Claims responses will handled via an email, depending on volume the Claim will usually be processed within five (5) working days of submission. Jabra is not responsible for invalid, incorrect, or unreachable information (including email addresses) included in the Claim form. If an end-user does not receive a response from Jabra within ten (10) working days of submission of a valid and completed Claim, the end-user should check the spam folder first and/or email claims@jabra-promotions.com. Claims which have not been registered before the end of the Promotion or before the free Speak 710 is out of stock, will automatically become void. Please allow ten (10) working days from written approval of your Claim to receipt of your free Speak 710. The free Speak 710 will only be sent to the address specified as a delivery address in the Claim form.
  12. Enquiries: For any enquiries relating to the Promotion or questions regarding the status of your Claim, please email claims@jabra-promotions.com only.
  13. No liability: Jabra is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the end-user from or otherwise obstructs the end-user in participating in the Promotion.
  14. No resale: The free Speak 710 is not intended for further resale (in whole or in part) and the end-user is not allowed to resell the free Speak 710.

  17. Applicable law and venue: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with national applicable law within the geographical scope of the Promotion. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the respective country.
