    How do I navigate in Jabra Xpress Cloud/On-Premise?

    The Jabra Xpress side menu provides quick access to the following features.



    Home
    Get an overview of Jabra devices, usage, statuses, and notifications.

    Devices
    • Search - Access the search function.
    • Inventory - Get an overview of all devices and firmware.
    • Manage - Manage devices. For example, change device settings or select a firmware version to install.

    Analytics
    • Dashboard - View digital data such as audio parameters for background noise, audio spikes, defective microphones.*
    • Room Insights - View room utilisation data for meeting rooms.**
    • Safety Capacity Insights - View safety capacity data for meeting rooms.**

    Administration
    • Download - Download the Jabra Direct software for Windows or Mac.
    • Jabra Direct Settings - Configure the Jabra Direct end user interface.
    • Packages - View the packages that have been set up. A package is a configuration of settings that can be deployed for a group of clients, so they have the same setup and settings.
    • User Management - Create and manage user profiles and permission rights. The options are: IT Admin role with writable permission rights, and Supervisor role with read-only permission rights.
    • Rooms - Create meeting rooms and set up limits for room capacity and safety capacity.**
    • Subscribers - Set up notifications in the event of violations of room limits or safety capacity limits.**
