How do I set a firmware version for all instances of a Jabra device in my organisation?

To set a firmware version for all instances of a Jabra device in your organisation, follow these steps.

1. Navigate to Jabra Xpress > Devices > Manage > Managed Devices.
2. Select a device to display its Device Configuration settings.
   
   
   
   
3. On the left side under Firmware, select the firmware version to install.
4. Click Save to save your changes. All devices that are connected to Jabra Direct will have this firmware version installed.
