How do I reset the charging case for my Jabra true wireless earbuds?
If the LED on the charging case does not light up when you connect the charging case to a power source, you can try resetting the charging case.
To reset the charging case, follow these steps.
- Open the charging case and leave the lid open.
- Connect the charging case to a power source using the supplied USB cable. The firmware for the charging case will be restarted.
During this process, it does not matter if the earbuds are in the charging case or not.
