How do I control Active Noise Cancellation and HearThrough?

When you are not on a call, you can cycle between ANC/HearThrough/Off by pressing the Left button. 

Note
If you cannot activate Active Noise Cancellation from your headset, you need to manually set it up in Jabra Sound+ or update your earbuds to the latest firmware version. 

When you are on a call, the following conditions apply.

• ANC will stay on during a call.
• HearThrough will turn off during a call, and then resume when the call is finished.

You can change the ANC and HearThrough settings in the Jabra Sound+ app.

• In Sound modes, you can choose the modes you want to cycle between when you press the Left button on your headset:
• HearThrough & ANC (default)
• HearThrough & Off
• HearThrough, ANC & Off
• You can reconfigure the standard button functions to make them perform different tasks than those predefined in the device's factory settings. Tap the Settings icon, Personalize your headset, MyControls.
