How do I delete my location data in Jabra Sound+?

Prerequisites

• Jabra Sound+ - iOS
• Jabra Sound+ - Android (Android devices require the use of Google Maps)

To delete location data used by the Find My Jabra feature, follow these steps.

1. Turn your Jabra device off.
2. Open the Jabra Sound+ app.
3. In the Headset menu, tap the Settings  icon on the top right.
4. Tap Find My Jabra.
5. Tap the headset icon in the map.
6. In the pop-up tray, tap Delete location data.
7. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete the process.

Note
If you delete your location data, the app will not be able to locate your Jabra device. It is not possible to restore location data if it has been deleted.
