    When using Jabra Xpress Cloud what kind of data is typically sent to and from the end user?

    Jabra Xpress Cloud sends the following device data to Jabra Direct:

    • Device settings
    • Firmware

    Jabra Direct sends the following device data to Jabra Xpress Cloud:

    • Standard USB data about the device, such as username and firmware version. This information will enable the search function in the Analytics section in Jabra Xpress Cloud.
    • Event data that is created by the device
