1. CHARGING YOUR HEADSET Take the AC adapter and plug its charging tip into the socket on the headset.

Plug the end of the AC adapter into a wall outlet.

The Jabra EASYGO is fully charged and ready to use when the battery indicator on the StatusDisplay™ turns solid green. (Approx. 2 hours). The battery indicator stays solid green for 5 min. and then goes out.

2. TURN YOUR HEADSET ON OR OFF To turn the headset on slide the ON/OFF button towards |.

To turn the headset off slide the ON/OFF button towards 0.

3. PAIRING YOUR HEADSET WITH YOUR MOBILE PHONEThe first time you turn your headset on, it automatically enters into pairing mode. The Bluetooth connection indicator on the StatusDisplay™ flashes blue.

For later pairing:
Make sure the headset is turned on
Press and hold the answer/end button for approximately 5 seconds.
The Bluetooth connection indicator on the StatusDisplay™ flashes blue when the headset is ready for pairing with your phone.

Set your Bluetooth phone to discover the Jabra EASYGO. Follow your phone's instruction guide. This usually involves going to a "setup", "connect" or "Bluetooth" menu on your phone and selecting the option to discover or add a Bluetooth device.

Your phone will find the Jabra EASYGO.

Your phone then asks if you want to pair with it. Accept by pressing "yes" or "OK" on the phone. Your phone may ask for a pass key or PIN = 0000 (four zeros).

Your phone will confirm when pairing is complete. In case of unsuccessful pairing, repeat the steps.

Pairing is successful when the Bluetooth connection indicator and the battery icon show solid light. The lights will stay solid for 5 seconds and then turn off.

If you are wearing the headset, the voice guidance will say "connected"

4. ACCEPTING A CALL ON THE HEADSETTap the Answer/End button on your headset to answer
the call.

5. ENDING A CALL ON THE HEADSETWhen you want to end a call, tap the Answer/End button on your headset.

6. TURNING VOLUME UP AND DOWN ON THE HEADSETTo increase volume: tap the button with the + symbol repeatedly until the desired volume is reached.

To decrease the volume: tap the button with the - symbol repeatedly until the desired volume is reached.

7. ALWAYS KNOW YOUR STATUSYou can always get your connection and battery status on the StatusDisplay™ by tapping the volume-buttons.

Green battery icon:
The Jabra EASYGO is turned on and holds above 30 minutes talk time.

Red battery icon:
The Jabra EASYGO holds below 30 minutes talk time.

Jabra EASYGO have voice guidance. When the headset has less than 30 minutes talk time the voice guidance will say "low battery". The statement will be repeated every 10 minutes.

Solid icons:
When the Bluetooth icon is solid, the headset is connected to your phone. (If the battery indication is lit but there is no Bluetooth indication, the headset is on but not connected to your phone).

Jabra EASYGO has voice guidance. When you do not have an active call, you can tap the answer/end button to hear "connected" statement. If your headset is not connected to any phone it will remain quiet.

Flashing Bluetooth icon:
The Jabra EASYGO is in pairing mode.
In this state the headset can be paired (setup) to a new phone. Go to "pairing" in the menu for more information.

8. MULTIUSE™Jabra EASYGO pairs up to 8 devices. 2 at any given time. In order to use the headset with two phones/or a phone and a laptop you must "pair" both phones with the headset (go to the guide "pairing" to see how).

When both phones are paired to the Jabra EASYGO simply turn on bluetooth on both devices and turn on the Jabra EASYGO headset.

Jabra EASYGO automatically switches to the receiving device when a call comes in and back again when the conversation is ended.

9. WEARING STYLESThe Jabra EASYGO can be worn on either ear with or without an earhook.

When you open the EASYGO packagingthe first time you will find the headset fitted with a standard Jabra eargel and a S/M size earhook. If you find that the earhook is too small there is a size L in the pack that you can replace it with.

If you prefer to wear the headset without the earhook, we recommend that remove the earhook and replace the eargel with one of the two "Ultimate Comfort Eargel™" that are included in the pack.

  • Audio

    • I cannot hear the phone call in my headset.

      Please try the following steps:

      1. Increase the volume on your headset.
      2. Make sure your phone is connected to the headset by tapping the answer/end button.
      3. Ensure that the headset is paired to your phone.
      4. Make sure your phone is connected to the headset in the phone’s menu or by tapping the answer/end button on the headset.

    • I cannot hear anything in my headset.

      Please try the following steps:  

      1. Increase the volume in the headset.
      2. Ensure that the headset is paired to a device.
      3. Ensure your phone is connected to the headset by tapping the answer/end button.

    • I hear crackling noises in my headset.

      Bluetooth is a radio technology which means it is sensitive to objects between the headset and the device it is connected to. You should be able to have up to 10 metres (33 feet) of distance between the headset and the connected device when there are no major objects in the way (walls, etc.).

    • Why am I receiving static on my Bluetooth headset?

      All wireless devices may be susceptible to interference, which could affect performance. Please try the following steps:

      1. Keep the headset on the same side of your body as the phone.
      2. Make sure there is a direct line of contact between the headset and your phone. The Bluetooth signal may have difficulty transmitting through walls, buildings or people. Static or interference is sometimes environmental. Interference can be caused by e.g. computers, cordless phones, microwaves etc.  

  • Compatibility

    • Is my Jabra headset compatible with my mobile phone?

      Jabra headsets and speakerphones follow the Bluetooth standard. Bluetooth devices that follow the standard are compatible. Refer to your mobile phone’s specifications to see, if it meets the Bluetooth standard. Products using different revisions of the Bluetooth standard also work together. 

      Later versions of Bluetooth are backward-compatible with previous versions. Features and specifications of Bluetooth communication will always revert to the older version in use.

    • Can I use my Jabra headset with my iPhone?

      You can use your headset with your Apple iPhone, but please note that while the headset is compatible for iPhone telephone applications, music applications may not perform correctly, e.g. Play/Pause, Skip Next/Previous, Volume Up/Down, etc.

    • Can my Jabra headset work with other Bluetooth equipment?

      The headset is designed to work with Bluetooth mobile phones. It can also work with other Bluetooth devices that are compliant with Bluetooth version 1.1 or higher and support a headset and /or hands-free profile.

    • Is it better to use a headset that is the same brand as my phone?

      No, Bluetooth is an open standard and as such you can use any headset with your mobile phone. There is no need for your headset to be the same brand as your mobile phone.

  • Features

    • Does Jabra EasyGo support Caller announcement on an incoming call?

      ​Yes, but only if this feature is supported by the connected mobile phone.

    • I cannot use "Reject call", "Call on hold", "Redial" or "Voice dialing"

      In order to work these features must be supported on your phone. Please consult your phone’s user manual for details.

  • Installation

    • I have pairing problems with my Jabra headset.

      You may have deleted your headset pairing connection in your mobile phone/device. Refer to the section in the User Manual and follow the pairing instructions to pair it again.

    • How do I pair my Jabra Bluetooth headset with my mobile phone?

      The first time you turn the headset on, it will go into pairing mode automatically.

      To put the headset into pairing mode:

      1. Make sure that the headset is powered on. 
      2. Press and hold the answer/end button as long as it takes until the blue light is on steady (without blinking).
      3. Follow the pairing procedure for your phone. Refer to your phone’s user manual for details.

    • I have a connection problem with my headset.

      You may have deleted your headset pairing connection in your mobile phone. Follow the pairing instructions (refer to the section in the User Manual).

      You can determine if your headset is connected to a device by looking at the flashes on the headset after tapping the answer/end button. 

      When the headset is on:

      • Very slow, single flashes mean that the headset is connected to a device
      • Slow triple flashes mean that the headset is not currently connected

    • What is the pass code for pairing my headset?

      The pass code for pairing the headset is "0000" (four zeros).

    • How can I obtain parts and accessories for my Jabra headset?

  • Other

    • I am unable to take any calls when my headset is charging.

      The headset cannot be used while charging for safety reasons. Please allow the headset to charge fully then disconnect it from the charger and it will be ready for use.

    • Can my Jabra headset be charged via PC/Mac?

      The headset can be charged from a PC/Mac using a USB cable, e.g. mini or micro USB cable. Not all products have a USB cable included in the packaging. If you do not have a suitable cable already, you can purchase one from our webshop:
