It says the Evolve2 Buds are ‘certified’ what does that mean?

Unlike most other true wireless earbuds, Evolve2 Buds are certified by our tech giant friends like Microsoft, Zoom and Google.

Certified devices have been specifically designed and built to plug-and-play and work seamlessly with your virtual meeting apps. This means enhanced compatibility and a better experience compared to non-certified devices. And getting certified isn’t easy (if it was, everyone would be doing it). Only professional devices that meet extremely high standards of rich, optimized audio quality and user experience achieve this badge of honor.

What does the Teams variant do?

If you like Teams now, just wait until you see how much better it gets with a certified device in a Teams variant. We’re talking remote meeting control, enhanced connectivity and support from both Jabra and Microsoft (if you need it, which we’re pretty sure you won’t). Talking on Teams is so much better with Evolve2 Buds.

Why choose true wireless over a headband solution?

Because our buds are portable, flexible and discreet – and particularly small compared to other true wireless earbuds in the market – a professional and stylish choice for calls on the go.

Can I use my Evolve2 Buds with my smartphone and tablet?

Yes. You can connect your headset to both your computer (with the supplied USB adapter) and your smartphone or tablet at the same time. ‘Multi-tasking’ must be your middle name. We like it.

Can I take a meeting on my laptop and then transfer it to my mobile?

Yes, advanced Bluetooth Multipoint makes it easy to switch seamlessly between the two by keeping you connected to both your laptop and smartphone at the same time.

Will the Evolve2 Buds fit my ears? How do I know they won’t fall out?

We used our massive database of 62,000 ear scans and our unique statistical modeling methods to create tiny earbud designs that fit like they were made just for you. Why? Because a comfortable, secure fit and great sound go hand-in-hand. Or should that be ‘ear-in-ear’?

Aside from the buds’ tight and secure fit, the earbuds come with three sizes of eargels and you can use the MyFit feature in the Jabra Sound+ app to find the best ones for you.

Can I wear the Evolve2 Buds for the whole workday?

Yes, these earbuds are engineered to keep up with your life. They’re incredibly comfortable to wear and the battery time (with the charging case) will give you enough battery to last all day.

How long does the battery last?

With their pocket-friendly case, Evolve2 Buds are good for up to 33 hours and if you do run low, a super-rapid charge feature wins you back an hour of power in just five minutes. The case is Qi-certified for wireless charging, and when you buy the bundle, the wireless charging pad’s included.

What does the integrated USB adapter for the Evolve2 Buds do?

The powerful little USB adapter boosts users’ connection and makes it more stable, with fewer dropouts, and up to 20 meters / 65 feet wireless range. It’s also pre-paired with the Evolve2 Buds out of the box, making it a plug-and-play experience with your PC. There’s no set up needed and it’s super easy to use.

Designed to use on the move, the USB adapter can be stored in the charging case, so you can easily pop the adapter in the case and take it with you wherever you go.

Is this the best headset for the noisy open office?

If you like the sound of true wireless, the Evolve2 Buds are a great solution that offer better performance on voice pickup in an office environment, compared to the consumer true wireless solutions that many employees currently use. For open office environments, however, we always recommend using an Evolve2 headset with a boom arm and premium microphones.

Can I use the Evolve2 Buds on the rain or when I work out?

Yes, the Evolve2 Buds have a high IP rating of IP57, which makes them robust against rain and sweat. Keep singing in the rain – they won’t hold you back.

Are the Evolve2 Buds good at blocking out noise?

They are! The winning combination of a snug, noise-isolating fit and Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) help you find a quiet moment whenever (and wherever) you need one.

Can I still hear what’s going on around me when I use the Evolve2 Buds?

Yes, when you want to tune in to what’s happening around you, the Evolve2 Buds have a HearThrough function that uses the built-in microphones to pick up the sounds around you and play them in your ears, all without removing a bud. It’s perfect for coffee orders, boarding calls, and “where’s the nearest station?” You can switch between HearThrough and Active Noise Cancellation directly on the headset.

How do the Evolve2 Buds keep my ears safe?

When you spend a lot of time on calls, you need to protect your hearing. Jabra SafeTone™ and SafeTone™ G616 monitor average audio levels and include PeakStop™ to protect your ears from sudden loud audio spikes.
