How do I get the best experience when I unpack my new Jabra Elite 4 earbuds?

To get the best experience with your new Jabra Elite 4 earbuds, we recommend you follow these first time steps.

1. Take the earbuds out of the charging case and peel off the protective plastic covering on the charging poles of each earbud. Press the Right and Left button simultaneously to turn them on.
   
   
2. Place both earbuds in the charging case and charge them for up to 3.5 hours. The LED on the front of the charging case indicates the battery status of the charging case.
   
   
3. After charging, remove the earbuds from the charging case, and they will turn on and go into pairing mode automatically. Pair the earbuds with your smartphone.
   
   
4. Remove the extra EarGels from the box and try each size until the fit feels tight and snug. Start with the EarGels that are already fitted on the earbud.
   
   Note
   A good fit and seal is essential for obtaining the best sound experience. Make sure to try all the EarGel sizes until you find the fit that gives you the best combination of comfort and sound quality. You may benefit from using a different size EarGel in each ear.
   
   
5. Download Jabra Sound+. The app lets you customize your audio experience and settings. Jabra Sound+ will also notify you when new firmware is available, ensuring that you always have the best performance with your Jabra true wireless earbuds.
   
   
6. We recommend you register your Jabra earbuds using Jabra Sound+ to activate the 2-year warranty.
