How does the microphone boom arm work?
You can use the microphone boom arm for the following voice control functions.
Mute/unmute microphone
To mute the microphone, move the microphone boom arm up. To unmute the microphone, move the microphone boom arm down.
Answer incoming call
To answer an incoming call, move the microphone boom arm down.

These boom arm functions are on by default. You can configure settings for the microphone boom arm using Jabra Sound+ (Google Play | App Store) on your smartphone or Jabra Direct on your computer.
The microphone boom arm is designed and intended to be bent inwards towards your mouth. Bending the boom arm outwards could cause damage to the headset.
