Dialing down the distractions in Universal Music France’s new open plan office

Previously, Universal Music France employees relied on the in-built laptop mics, or earbuds designed primarily to play music, leaving them struggling to stay connected, especially in a noise open-plan office environment. Recognizing the need to use the right tool for the job, UMF began researching professional headsets, which would be comfortable to wear all-day, have a battery life to last, be competitively priced, and work seamlessly with their online meeting platform of choice, Zoom. It was a big wish list.
