That’s why the Perform 75 has a dedicated headset button that integrates with Push-to-Talk (PTT) capabilities delivered on handhelds. With the push of a button, associates can communicate hands-free to solve queries and problems while continuing their tasks, like staffing the checkout or stocking shelves.

Perform 75 integrates with leading PTT and Voice-Directed Picking (VDP) software, popular UC platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom, as well as AI Agents retailers might want to introduce in the future. It also works for regular telephone calls once enabled via the handheld device.

Perform 75 is designed for shift-long comfort, with large ear cushions in leatherette or foam, a wide headband, and a T-bar for a balanced feel. It offers two wearing styles—behind-the-neck and over-the-head—and the microphone can be positioned on either side, based on user preference.

Retail environments can be challenging, but Perform 75 is purpose-built to handle them. With a robust IP65 rating, it resists dust, water, and high humidity, operating reliably in extreme temperatures from 60°C to –30°C. And because accidents happen, we’ve drop-tested it to 2.1m to ensure it’s tough enough for the busiest shifts.
