No. Your Engage headset will retain the pairing memory of up to two previously paired devices, this includes both the Link 400 and an Engage DECT base. To switch the active connection between the two devices, press and hold the mute button on the headset for 4 seconds. An audible click can be heard in the headset when it toggles between devices.
Note for Link 400 with firmware version 1.13.0 or earlier
If the Link 400 is put into pairing mode, the pairing memory will be cleared and re-pairing the headset with the Link 400 will be necessary.
