Provides a unique Jabra score

The unique ‘Jabra score’ is displayed as a subset of the overall Nectar score per call, and is easily visible on supervisor dashboard. The Jabra score is 0-100, with 100 being the best, and is calculated from multiple factors including background noise, mic positioning, cross talk, and silence. This gives top line visibility of each call’s performance, so supervisors can really explore the root of quality issues when they arise.

Easy to deploy

The integration is included as part of your Nectar monitoring solution. You’ll need to be using Jabra Engage headsets and Jabra management software, which you can mass-deploy to users’ computers.
