Today at InfoComm, Jabra announced Jabra Plus Service Plans, license-based service tiers designed to extend and enhance the value of Jabra enterprise audio and video hardware deployments.

These new enterprise-grade support and device management licenses protect, manage, and optimize Jabra device deployments through their full lifecycle – from initial provisioning and configuration to end-of-life recycling. 

A Tiered Approach Built for the Modern Workplace

Jabra Plus Service Plans deliver comprehensive coverage across three core service pillars: device management, care and coverage, and premium software.

  • Device Management – Centralized fleet provisioning, monitoring, and firmware control powered by Jabra Plus software
  • Care & Coverage – Scalable help desk support, extended warranties, and rapid device replacement 
  • Premium Software – Insights, analytics, and integrations

Available in three tiers – Essential, Enhanced, and Enterprise – the plans scale to meet the needs of organizations of any size and complexity, with flexible license terms of 1, 3, or 5 years. 

ESSENTIAL 

The Essential plan provides a solid foundation of device management and support. It is included with every Jabra device purchase at no additional cost. It includes: 

  • Standard support
  • Standard warranty 
  • Jabra Plus device management
  • Remote provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and firmware control 

ENHANCED 

The Enhanced plan delivers elevated support and faster replacement for organizations requiring higher service levels on specific devices. It is a premium per-device plan tied to individual serial numbers. It includes everything in Essential, plus: 

  • 24/5 support 
  • Extended product replacement 
  • Expedited 2-business-day replacement shipping  
  • Premium device management features 

ENTERPRISE 

The Enterprise plan delivers the highest level of support and management across an organization’s complete Jabra device estate. It provides organization-wide coverage for the entire Jabra device portfolio. It includes everything in Essential and Enhanced, plus: 

  • 24/7 support
  • Extended product replacement
  • Next-day replacement shipping 
  • Portfolio-wide coverage regardless of individual device warranty status
