• An issue where the microphone would not unmute if a call was ended while in a mute state
• An issue that allowed Jabra Direct to reset the unit while in a call
• An issue that prevented units from answering calls via the answer button
• An issue that prevented units from being unmuted if muted prior to joining a Webex meeting
• An issue that prevented some units from being able to hang up Zoom meetings
• An issue which caused LEDs to remain illuminated after ending Webex calls
• An issue which prevented the unit from hanging up Teams calls if power cycled during a call
• Mute state challenges with Teams
