To ensure they meet their clients' needs and expectations, the project staff are often in constant contact with the clients, ensuring they fulfil all specifications at every stage of the process, from planning, design to execution.

Their meetings were held in-person or via conference calls. The latter became more prevalent during and post-COVID as they soon realized how efficient they could be using virtual conferencing, as not all meetings needed to be in-person.

The PanaCast 50 was able to address one of O3 International’s key concerns whenever they do a team call: a typical camera could not show all the members in a single frame. However, with the PanaCast 50, it was able to capture 4K-quality video with a panoramic, 180° field of view without visual distortion and latency due to its patented real-time video stitching technology that automatically joins the video streams from three 13-megapixel cameras. Clients can now see every team member on the call, regardless of where they are in the room.

The PanaCast 50’s advanced audio technology was also transformative for the team. Its beamforming 8 microphones acted like a spotlight for voices, focusing on the speaker for crystal-clear audio. The full duplex feature allowed them to talk and listen simultaneously, like in-person conversations.
