Standard Gift-Wrapping Terms and Conditions

By visiting any GN Audio website and selecting our Standard Gift-Wrapping service you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before selecting this service.

1. Gift wrapping will be one standard design with no option to create a personalized message
2. Gift wrapping design bears no reference to specific religious symbols or elements
3. One size only. There will be adequate packing to protect the integrity of any contents within the gift-wrapping box
4. The gift-wrapped item(s) can be sent directly to the recipient but only if the customer changes the delivery address for the entire order
5. Please be aware that if you select the recipient’s delivery address, all items in the order will be shipped there. You cannot split delivery addresses.
6. The delivery note does not display the price of the item(s)
7. The billing address must be that of the purchaser
8. If a customer experiences issues with their order, please ensure they have their order number and details of the purchaser of the product
9. Gift wrapping will be per item. You must select gift wrapping for each item you wish to send as a gift
10. Available on Jabra Elite true wireless products only
11. Gift wrapping service is non-refundable
12. The cost of gift wrapping is displayed clearly in the cart and checkout. Pricing is subject to change. GN Audio has the right to change pricing accordingly without any notice
13. Any pricing will be displayed in the same local currency as any item(s) in the order total
14. If there are issues with the gift-wrapping packaging, e.g. it is damaged upon arrival or missing, please get in touch with Jabra Store Support
15. Jabra Store Support may ask for photographs in support of any queries related to gift packaging issues
16. Gift wrapping is available only in the following countries and regions: *U.S.A, *Canada, and Europe
17. GN Audio has the right to add and remove countries that offer gift-wrapping services without any notice
18. If you change your mind regarding gift wrapping you must remove, per item, before entering the checkout
19. Please allow up to 3 business days for gift-wrapped items to be processed as part of your order, this includes if you select engraving for the same item(s)
20. Please plan accordingly if you wish to send items gift-wrapped before a specific delivery date. GN refuses the right to guarantee delivery on an exact date
