JABRA 01.09 – 31.12.24 2024 CASHBACK TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promotion Scope: The Jabra Cashback promotion (the “Promotion”) is offered only on a limited number of specific Jabra products as outlined at the end of these T&C’s (the “Product”) subject to these terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”). The Promotion is available only to End-Customers (as defined below) located in the UK and Ireland providing a Claim in accordance with these T&Cs. For the purposes of these T&Cs, "End-Customer" shall mean a business (i.e. excluding natural persons) who is the final purchaser of the Products who acquires them for its own use, consumption or benefit, rather than for resale, distribution or further commercial exploitation. The cashback amount per Product model is specified in the table below.
2. Promotion period: The Promotion is available for Products purchased between 1st September until 31st December, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). In order to qualify for cashback under the Promotion, an invoice must be dated within the Promotion period and the Claim (as defined below), must be received by Jabra no later than 5pm on the 20th January 2025. Any and all Claims received after this date are void.
3. Eligible Resellers: The Promotion is valid on new Products (i.e. excluding refurbished or used products) purchased and invoiced directly from an authorised Jabra reseller located in the UK or Ireland, excluding Amazon. To find an authorised Jabra reseller please visit our Partner Locator webpage: http://www.jabra.com/en-gb/where-to-buy/partner-locator. The Promotion specifically excludes Products purchased from Amazon, any reseller who is not an authorised Jabra reseller or any authorised Jabra resellers located outside of the UK and Ireland.
4. Promotion limit: Each End-Customer is only eligible to receive cashback for up to ninety-nine (99) Products in total per Product model within the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of Products actually purchased by the End-Customer. Duplicate Claims (e.g. multiple Claims for the same Product) are void.
5. Cannot be used with other promotions: The Promotion cannot be used or combined with any other offer, promotion, campaign or special price agreement from Jabra to the Participant either directly by Jabra or through an authorised Jabra reseller or distributor.
6. How to claim: To make a claim for cashback under the Promotion, the End-Customer must visit: www.jabra.com/en-gb/c/uk/evolve-10years-cashback and provide all of the information and documentation specified in the online claim form (a “Claim”). The Claim form must be completed in full and a must include a list of the in-warranty serial numbers of all Products being claimed for.
7. Claims response. Claims will be responded to via an email from Jabra within twenty (20) working days of submission. Jabra is not responsible for invalid, incorrect or unreachable email addresses that are included on the claim form. If a Participant does not receive a response from Jabra within 20 working days of submission of a valid, completed claim, the End-Customer should reach out to Jabra through claims@jabra-promotions.com to get a status. Cashback will normally be paid out within 60 days from receipt of written approval of the Claim by Jabra. Cashback will be paid out at the amounts per Product, set forth in the overview below and will be made in GBP for UK Participants and in Euro for Irish Participants. Payment will made in in the form of a BACS transfer. Payment will only be made to the End-Customer business identified on the invoice of the Products for which the Claim is made. For avoidance of doubt, employees of Participants will not be eligible to receive any payments under the Promotion. No other form of payment for the cashback can be made.
8. Exclusions: Jabra specifically excludes any and all Claims received after the end of the Promotion Period, Claims which are faulty, Claims which do not contain full, accurate, recognisable and/or readable information or documentation necessary for verification of the Claim. Further, payment of the cashback amount via the authorised reseller is expressly prohibited. In the event that the End-Customer returns the Product to the participating reseller (e.g. by using its legal right of withdrawal or otherwise returning the Product), all rights to claim cash back under this Promotion shall automatically be voided. If the cashback has already been paid out by Jabra and the Product is returned to the participating reseller, the cashback amount received by the End-Customer must be refunded by the End-Customer to Jabra in full and without deduction within ten (10) days of return of the Product. Please reach out to claims@jabra-promotions.com for more information on repayment of cashback. The Promotion is not available to (i) resellers or distributors of Jabra products, even when purchasing for their own internal usage and including their respective employees (ii) anyone otherwise connected to the Promotion. Third parties (including participating resellers) are not are permitted or eligible to make Claims on behalf of End-Customers.
9. Disclaimer. Jabra is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the End-Customer from or otherwise obstructs it in participating in the Promotion. Further, Jabra is not responsible for invalid, incorrect or unreadable information (including email addresses) included in the Claim form or if information necessary for payment of the cashback is invalid. Jabra may declare the Promotion void where it is taxed, regulated, prohibited or restricted by applicable law. The decisions of Jabra in respect of any and all aspects of the promotion will be final and binding.
10. Acceptance of T&Cs: By submitting a Claim on the online form, the participant agree and accepts these terms and conditions.
11. Changes: Jabra reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions during the Promotion Period in accordance with applicable law. Jabra does not guarantee that participating resellers will have all Products in stock throughout the Promotion Period.

Processor: For the purposes of carrying out this promotion, Outbound Field Marketing Services The, Walled Garden, High Street, Hartley Wintney, Hampshire RG27 8NZ, will act as data processor in respect of all personal data provided by participants to Jabra.

15. Applicable law and venue. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. These T&Cs do not affect your mandatory legal rights under applicable national or local laws that cannot be changed or waived. Headings are for convenience only.
