To help you win more deals with your customers, you can now submit a deal registration for new opportunities with our PanaCast 50, PanaCast 50 Room System, PanaCast 50 Video Bar System, Jabra Room Scheduler and PanaCast 20*.

Here’s how you can benefit

You will receive:

  • If you are a Jabra Video Expert Club (JVEC) member you’ll receive a 20% rebate on PanaCast 50, PanaCast 50 VBS & PanaCast 50 Room System 2 sales. You’ll receive an 8% rebate for PanaCast 40 VBS, Jabra Room Scheduler and PanaCast 20 new opportunities submitted.
  • If you are not a JVEC member, you’ll receive a 16% rebate on PanaCast 50, PanaCast 50 VBS and PanaCast 50 RS2 sales. You’ll receive a 4% rebate for PanaCast 40 VBS, Jabra Room Scheduler and PanaCast 20 new opportunities submitted
  • Please note: you must register and close an opportunity or deal to qualify. All deals must be closed by 31st December 2025

*Minimum order quantity for the PanaCast 20 is 50 units

Terms and conditions

An opportunity is eligible for deal registration if the partner and the partner’s opportunity meet all the following criteria:

  • Deal registration is only for opportunities with a minimum order of 5 units
  • Registration term: 90 days. Possible extension may be granted, subject to sales activity and Jabra’s approval.
  • Each deal registration must represent a single deal with a single end-user. Partner may not combine deals or end-user accounts for any purpose.
  • Partner must apply for a separate deal registration for additional or different business opportunities.
  • The Partner must submit the deal with complete and accurate deal information. When submitting deal registration for approval, Partner must provide known end-user information, including end-user’s full company name, contact name and contact details.
  • If the Jabra sales representative assigned to the opportunity has additional questions but does not hear back from the Partner within five business days, Jabra will automatically reject the submission due to lack of information to qualify the submission.
  • Jabra may also contact the end customer directly with project-related questions.
  • Jabra will notify the Partner by e-mail that the deal registration is approved, and deal has been registered, or that the deal registration has been declined.
  • Jabra will strive to notify Partners of its decision within two business days however deals for enterprise customers may take longer due to additional validations.
  • Distributors may register a deal on behalf of the Partner. Distributors must comply and correctly provide both the reseller and end-user information when attempting to obtain a deal registration.
  • Jabra is entitled to request additional proof of the project with the provision of suitable documents such as the end customer's purchase order or delivery bills and invoice to the end customer. If required for data protection reasons, the personal data on the documents and sell pricing can be anonymized.
  • Reaching the minimum size does not automatically entitle the customer to special conditions. Jabra reserves the right to review each project individually.
  • Disclosure of this agreement to any 3rd party will terminate this offer with immediate effect.
  • Jabra reserves the right to withdraw this special pricing agreement without warning if it believes the terms and conditions as stated have not been met by either party.
