Jabra Enhance app

We're updating our Jabra Enhance app Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

We are updating and changing our terms and conditions (the “T&C”) and our Privacy Policy for the Jabra Enhance app as of 17 October 2022 and wanted to explain in more details what the changes are.

The main purpose of the update is to make the T&C and Privacy Policy clearer to understand, ensure that they both reflect the new features on the Jabra Enhance app and ensure they cover all the right information you need to know.

The new T&C and Privacy Policy will become effective when you download/update to the new version of the app and start using the app. This means that by downloading/updating and using the new version of the Jabra Enhance app you accept the updates and changes to the T&C and Privacy Policy. If you do not want to accept the changes you should discontinue the use of the Jabra Enhance app and delete it from your devices. If you use this right of rejection, you will not be able to use the Jabra Enhance app including all the new awesome features. You will not be able to switch back to the old Jabra Enhance app version once the app is updated.

It is our responsibility to explain the changes clearly. Below are some notable changes you should be aware of:

  • Improved readability of T&C. While still a legal document, we have done our best to make the T&C clearer and easier to understand. This includes, but is not limited to, clearer terms on:
    • Certain app use restrictions and other important information,
    • How to get in touch with us and how to get support
    • How to easily find our privacy policy
    • The process we follow when updating the T&C
    • Clarify our disclaimers and limitation of liability (e.g. that nothing changes your statutory mandatory rights under the law)
    • When and how we can end your rights to use the app
    • When we can suspend/discontinue the app services
    • When we can transfer the T&C
    • What the governing law of the T&C are  
    • Certain country specific terms (not relevant for US or Japan)

     

  • Highlighted important terms in T&C. We have highlighted particularly important terms that may have significant interest for you and emphasized that nothing in the T&C excludes or restricts your statutory mandatory rights under the law.

     

  • Better reflection of the new app features. We have made some updates to better reflect the way the updated app works.

     

  • Privacy policy. The way we collect and process your data is not changing. In this update we have generally improved the language to make the Privacy Policy more readable. You can always find our privacy policy in the app.
