Choose the right Moment

We developed the Moments in the Jabra Sound+ app to deliver the perfect sound, wherever your day takes you. Choose Commute when you’re traveling, In Private when you’re somewhere quiet, or In Public when you’re around other people, and enjoy great sound anywhere.

We’re constantly updating and upgrading our products. Make sure you regularly check the Discover tab to see what cool new tricks your headphones have learned, and swipe the cards to dismiss when you’re done. There’s even a handy guide to your headphones’ buttons.

ABOUT

Dig into the details

The About tab is where you’ll find all that extra technical, non-sound-related stuff, like checking for firmware updates, selecting your voice assistant, user manuals and product registration, and much more. You can even find your headphones if you lose them.

SMARTSOUND

Let your headphones do the work

SmartSound uses AI to analyze your surroundings and automatically select the right Moment for you. Just press the SmartSound icon, let it do its thing, and voila – your headphones will automatically enable the right Moment for your surroundings, and adapt as you move through your day.

MYSOUND

The perfect sound for your ears

MySound adapts your music to suit your individual hearing profile. Tap the headset icon to take the test (make sure you find a quiet spot), enter your details when prompted, and then follow the on-screen instructions for music like you’ve never heard.

PERSONALIZED CALLS

Make every call a great call

You can use the app to adjust your call settings too, for even better conversations on the go. Just go to the Moment you want to personalize, touch the Settings icon in the top right corner, and select Call experience. And if you change your mind, you can always select Reset to Jabra default.

Be your own sound engineer

Just go to the Moment you want to personalize, touch the Settings icon in the top right corner, and select Audio experience. You can then select from one of our expertly-optimized presets, or adjust your sound manually.

NOISE CONTROL

Hear the right things

Different places call for different levels of awareness, which is why you can adjust your Moments to help you hear the right things. Go to the Moment you want to personalize, hit Settings, and select Surrounding Audio to choose between Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) or adjustable HearThrough.

HEADSET ASSISTANCE

Make your battery go further

Sleep mode helps preserve your battery if you forget to turn your headphones off. You can choose how long your headphones wait to activate Sleep Mode by going to the Moment you want to edit, hitting the Settings icon, and selecting Headset assistance.

PERSONALIZED WIDGETS

Your app. Your way.

You can personalize how different features are displayed within each Moment. Just go to the Moment you want to edit and scroll down to the bottom. Touch the Edit widgets button, choose the widgets you want to display, and drag and drop them into the order you want.

Voice Assistants

Assistance in an instant

Use your Jabra headphones to access your voice assistant on the go. Go to the About tab, select Voice Assistant, choose your preferred voice assistant from the list of options, and follow the on-screen instructions. Make sure you allow Sound+ to access the microphone, if prompted.

Step Counter

Meet your daily step goal

If you’re trying to be more active, Sound+ can help. Open the Active Moment in the app, and select Start in the Active widget. Choose to share data with your phone’s health app, and make sure you select Turn All Categories On when prompted. Select Allow to return to Sound+. (274 characters)

MyFit

Find your fit

If you’re not sure which size of EarGel™ to use for the best fit, seal, and sound performance, MyFit can help. Go to the settings tab, select personalize, and choose MyFit. The app will then perform a short test to determine whether you have the optimum seal for each ear.

ALEXA BUILT-IN

Alexa is always with you

In certain products, Amazon Alexa is built in, for optimized performance and an even more seamless experience. To set up Alexa on your headphones, just go to the About tab, select Voice Assistant, choose Alexa, and follow the on-screen instructions, allowing microphone access when prompted. (293 characters)
