1. Eligibility: The Jabra Newsletter Sign up and win Competition (the “Competition”) is a competition open only to individuals who: are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, Canada, the twenty-seven (27) European Union countries, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, India or China at the time of entry.
The Competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Competition. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor may amend these Official Rules where and when appropriate and applicable.

3. Timing: The competition begins 1st of each month at 12:00:01 am Central European Time (“CET”) and ends the last day of a month at 11:59:59 pm CET (the “Competition Period”).
The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Competition at any time during the Competition Period for whatever reason, including if any technical issues, falsifying of entries or other unforeseen issues are found to compromise the integrity of the Competition.
4. How to Submit an Entry: You can participate in the competition by signing up for a newsletter on Jabra web pages. Only new subscribers are eligible to win a prize.
No purchase of any product is necessary.
5. Winner Selection: Sponsor will select one winner each month. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received on or around 2nd of the following month. The winner will be notified directly by the Sponsor. The winner will be contacted directly the latest by 15th of each month.
Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these official rules.
6. Prize: The winner will receive a voucher code via email for 1 free Jabra Elite 10 and 1 free Jabra Elite 8 Active (with a total suggested retail price of US$449.98), along with complimentary shipping. The voucher code is only redeemable on Jabra web page. The voucher code is redeemable for 15 days and only valid in the designated country. The voucher code is one time use only
7. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Competition, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Competition, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Competition or to be acting in violation of the official rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Competition or Sponsor’s web page may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these official rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
