• Re-establishing Remote Call Control for softphone clients:
  • Avaya IP Office Video Softphone (IP Office release 6.1 or higher)
  • CounterPath Bria 3 (version 3.1 or higher)
  • CounterPath X-Lite 4

Important

Update is only required if you do not have Remote Call Control on Jabra Go 6430 with the mentioned softphone clients.
Please make sure to update both the headset and the Jabra Link 350 USB Adapter. For further update help, see user manual.
