How does on-ear detection work with my Jabra headphones?
The headphones have built-in sensors that detect when you put on the headphones and when you take off the headphones. This enables the following audio controls:
Pause music
When you are listening to music, take off the headphones to automatically pause the music. Put on the headphones again to automatically resume the music.
Mute call
When you are on a call, take off the headphones to automatically mute the call. Put on the headphones again to automatically unmute the call. To activate this feature, first set it up in the Jabra Sound+ app.
Answer call
When you are not wearing the headphones, and there is an incoming call, put on the headphones to automatically answer the call. To activate this feature, first set it up in the Jabra Sound+ app.
Note:
These audio control features are meant to be used with a smartphone. The features are not supported for use with a computer.
