Find your product serial number before checking the warranty
The Jabra Pro 9400 Series will be replaced by the new Jabra Engage Series. All variants of the Pro 9400 Series ceased manufacture on October 3rd 2018, including customer-specific SKUs; sales will continue only for as long as there is stock.
After Market Service is ensured for all variants and accessories according to Jabra’s warranty obligations.
The Jabra Engage 75 and 65 Series includes a range of Stereo, Mono and Convertible* models to enable an easy migration from the Pro 9400. Please refer to the recommended migration path in the chart below.
*The Convertible models offer a new wearing style, with 3 ways to wear, including earhook, neckband and headband.
