Jabra’s latest insights into the future of hybrid work
There must be a better way to meet. Which is why Jabra spent over a year working with the London School of Economics’ Behavioural Lab to understand how much the technology we’re using is impacting our behaviour in meetings and our ability to collaborate effectively. The study used a diverse range of psychological approaches and measures to uncover the relationship between human behaviour and technology, examining trust, engagement, quality of input and other factors that ultimately lead to better modern-day meetings.
The 2023 edition of Jabra’s Hybrid Ways of Working Global Report uncovers the state of meetings in hybrid work, which has become the new normal for millions of knowledge workers around the world. We’ve surveyed 1,845 employees across six key markets around the world to zoom in on meetings and uncover the largest barriers and opportunities for employees and organizations. In this year’s edition, we focus on three key topics: inclusion, professionalism and adoption of meeting-room technology.
