The Jabra headset controls interact directly with contact center interface, and agents will be alerted if they’re using the headset incorrectly, they have poor connection, there’s excessive background noise or cross talk, and more. Sound levels are equalized too, ensuring consistent inbound and outbound volume for the best customer and agent experience.

The integration is included as part of your Operata Service monitoring solution. Out of the box, it’s enabled for all Amazon Connect contact centers, with no development required. You’ll need to be using Jabra Engage headsets.
